Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely not. That is guaranteed to you when you pre-pay. We give you a quote, you accept the quote and pay through PayPal, and then we edit your document. No hidden fees.
How do I pay?
When we send you our quote on the total cost of editing services, you can use PayPal. This is a secure online payment option for you. This way, we never have your credit card information; our company merely receives the deposit and then we begin.
If you'd prefer, you may also mail a check, cash, or money order; but remember that we don't begin editing services until the payment has cleared.
How will I see your corrections?
We will return your edited document to you with written feedback as well as highlighting and color-coding on the document, itself.
Do I have to send my manuscript through email?
No. You have the option to either attach it to an e-mail, or you can submit it to us through postal mail to 2501 Heather Lane Henderson, KY 42420
What are the editors' qualifications?
Each member of our staff is a certified editor and proofreader. Every editor has at least a master's degree in English and at least ten years of experience in English classroom instruction.
Do you also edit for documentation formats?
Yes. Our editors are well-versed in MLA, APA, and Chicago styles of documentation.
Do you work with ESL writers?
Yes. As classroom educators, our staff members are highly qualified and experienced in working with writers for whom English is a second language.
What is the average turnaround time for services?
We average a return on your document within 24 to 48 hours for a manuscript between 1 and 5 pages. Turnaround time might be slightly more for longer documents. We will let you know a time frame when we submit our quote to you before we begin. Rest assured that we know that your time and your document are valuable, and we will do our best to return it to you as soon as possible.
